By accessing or using the Luviner platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Luviner is a SaaS platform that enables users to train neural network models on uploaded sensor data, bind them to specific hardware device UIDs, and download compiled binaries (.a static libraries and .h headers) for deployment on microcontrollers. The Service includes the web platform, training engine, compilation pipeline, and all related APIs.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Luviner platform, including its training algorithms, neural network engine, code generation pipeline, and all compiled outputs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Luviner. You retain full ownership of your uploaded data (CSV datasets). The compiled binaries are licensed, not sold — see the EULA for specific terms governing binary usage.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant Luviner a limited license to process it for the purpose of training models and generating binaries. We do not use your data to train our own models or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Certain features of the Service require payment, including per-device licensing fees and subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luviner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high accuracy in our models (98.2% average on benchmark datasets), we do not guarantee specific accuracy results for your data. You are solely responsible for validating model outputs before deployment in production environments, especially in safety-critical applications.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Compiled binaries already downloaded and deployed on authorized devices will continue to function. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
